We accept returns in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Items should be returned in their original condition and with any original packaging where reasonably possible.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos or videos where appropriate so we can investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.
